Hunter was the best!! He arrived timely and hooked my son’s car up so quickly. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He even offered to drop the key in the box at the mechanic for us so we didn’t have to follow him there. Thanks so much!!

Towed a family vehicle after an accident. Service went fine without incident. However when I went to pick up the vehicle there was a price discrepency. The employee directed to call the owner. On the second call I asked for the owner and was told they would call me back. Shortly after she did. After expressing my concern she volunteered to do the right thing and made it right. This is the level of integrity and professionalism I strive to patronize. Very highly recommend!

My wheel fell off on 129 and I put in a towing request, within 10 minutes this guy “Hunter” shows up. He might be the best tow truck driver i’ve ever encountered! He handled everything smoothly and professionally, and even when it started raining he made sure everything was done safely and with care. 10/10 recommend this guy Hunter at S&J

Let me just say… I understand delays happen, but communication is EVERYTHING. We had a flat tire and contacted our insurance around 8 PM. Within about 5 minutes they assigned S & J Roadside Service LLC to assist us whom they said had fast service time. We were first told the driver would arrive at 9:38 PM. That time came and went — no driver and no update. We had to personally call the company ourselves just to figure out what was going on. Then we received another text saying the driver would arrive at 10:09 PM because he was running behind. Okay, cool… things happen. But again, no communication from the company unless WE reached out first. Then 10:09 PM came and passed with still no tow truck. After that, we received ANOTHER update saying the driver wouldn’t arrive until 12 AM. At that point, I honestly felt like we were just being told anything. Thankfully, the driver Jordan finally arrived around 11 PM. I want to make it clear — Jordan himself was professional, kind, respectful, and communicated well once he arrived. I was not upset with him at all because he was simply doing his job. My issue is completely with the company’s lack of communication, professionalism, and cust
